The service is based on tens of years of experience together with active knowledge updating in the fields of latest scientific findings and the ongoing progress in silicon processing technology.
In addition to the technical service team, all our Engineer assist in technical service cases to ensure fitting resources and short reaction times.

The aim of technical customer service is to assist in choosing and tailoring suitable specifications for customers' needs, and to help in process-related questions.
As a part of comprehensive co-operation, the service function organizes technical seminars with customers, and provides wide-scale silicon materials studies including e.g. defect studies and temperature budget simulations.
In addition, the service team ensures complete correlation for measurement data through correlation service.
